Women come in all shapes and sizes. These days we are encouraged to embrace our looks and not to compare ourselves to the images that we are bombarded with and are not even real. I love the message "Love yourself the way you are".
But I also see the trap in it.
To settle, to give up and just well "this is the way I am".
I'd love for us over 40 ladies to use this message to enjoy our journey. Indeed, love yourself the way you are now and also be able to have future goals. As Andrea Ivanka taught me; one step in gratitude next step in desire. It is ok to be happy where you are at and still look forward to a stronger, healthier you.
